The motorcycle club of Hibiscus Coast together with a number of committed business people and community organizations recently showed what happens when a community works together. Following an appeal launched by the Margate Sector Crime Forum, headed by Rotarian George Enslin on behalf of the SAPS motorcycle unit, nine helmets were donated by the following donors;

With the kind assistance of Wally Heels from South Coast Motorcycles who supplied AMA helmets at cost, Director Morris Moodley Officer Commanding Margate Police Station recently took delivery of the helmets.
